Delicious food and nice service, fits!

Let the holiday end tonight in Wernigerode in the Marktblick. Exactly the right decision. Very good food, nice little restaurant and nice service.

Service was ok, personally a little too inattentive for me. Had a chicken broth with noodles (large portion) 1. Much too small for 9 euros 2. Zucchini, paprika and broccoli in it .. In my opinion it doesn't belong in a chicken soup and therefore has something of an Asian snack dish .. All in all i am disappointed.

The food was really good. It was reasonable portions and the Argentinean steak was the best steak I've ever had. It is definitely worth it.

Delicious coffee, great view. There is a star deduction so that the tables were not disinfected and ashtrays were not emptied before the guests changed. There is another star deduction for the lack of professionalism of the staff. It all took a while, on "Could we please pay" came a tight "Yes" as we ran past - "Yes, please" would certainly not have been so difficult. We then reminded them five minutes later that we wanted to pay. Waiters then very friendly, but on average not that professional - a café that has been advertising with history since 1636 should look around for trained restaurant professionals in order to meet the - self-set - standards.

A small cozy restaurant with good food. The service-unfriendly price policy (if the side dishes are changed, a surcharge of € 1.00 is charged and the parmesan with the pasta dishes costs € 1.50 extra), however, persuaded me to only give 3 stars. Service at the guest looks different for me ...

We went here to eat on the first day of our vacation. We were warmly welcomed and given a nice seat on the terrace. The drinks were soon served and we didn't have to wait too long for the food. It was delicious. We came to eat every day now and it tasted so delicious every day. If we ever come to Wernigerode again, we will definitely stop here again.

We had reserved for 8 people at short notice. Everything worked out wonderfully. The table was nicely designed and the greeting was very friendly. The service was quick and responded to our requests promptly. The food was very tasty and lovingly presented. We were very satisfied and can only recommend the restaurant. Gladly again.

We had pre-ordered for 6 people and were there a little earlier due to the long route. We were received in an extremely friendly manner and shown to our table. The choice of dishes left nothing to be desired, there is sure to be something for every taste. We received good advice and didn't have to wait long. The food itself, not that cheap, was great. It was very nicely presented and the taste was just great !. The service staff was always friendly and competent. We will be happy to eat here again on our next visit to the Harz Mountains. Thank you very much.

The food was very good and the service was great too. The beef tenderloin was huge. Only the steak knives need to be a little sharper

PIZZA LOVERS BEWARE! the location of this restaurant is amazing, right in the town Square and very relaxing. The staff are very friendly unlike other places around here. But the food was not so good in my opinion. I ordered a pizza which I was really looking forward to, it came out on a huge pizza plate but the pizza itself was so small. Just like a child's portion. The dough was so thick and chewy and the 'tomato base' was just fresh tomato slices. I had some strange sauce too which did not go with the pizza. Location and staff are what give this place 3 stars

A very nice ambience with a good location in the family business. The service is very friendly and personable. The food is just great. From the starter to the dessert everything was first class, as was the drinks. The restaurant can definitely be recommended and we will definitely visit it several times. Even at the current "Corona time" everything is running smoothly and hygiene is being taken into account Five out of five stars. TOP!

Today we were vacationers in the market view, because the ratings on Google were so good. And we were not disappointed! Very friendly and attentive service and delicious food. With the next vacation gladly again

a nice cafe! I was attracted in June with a seasonal offer (cake and coffee for € 5.50). I had ordered a waffle and coffee, but had to pay € 1.50 extra for the documentation of contact details, which was neither hospitable nor "correct "is. Hence only 1 star.

As a local, I can say with a clear conscience that the Marktblick Café is one of the best restaurants in Wernigerode. We especially know the cozy ambience here; Appreciate the lovely service and the fresh, seasonal and delicious food.

The restaurant is nice and cozy. The food was delicious and I want to recommend trying their tomato soup! The waiters speak English and they have a menu in English. Also, they have baby chairs.

We were there with a group of 10 people in the evening. The food was more than delicious. Simply delicious. The service was nice and very prudent. Can I recommend without hesitation.

Very nice service, nice atmosphere and the most important very good wild goulash and at the end ne super waffle with homemade chocolate sauce, was really worth a visit

The restaurant is located almost on the central square. Typical German cuisine, very tasty and cozy. The chanterelles with meat medallions were awesome! Smiling waitresses.
